In this hands-on class, you will learn the techniques to create 4 beautiful pieces of 9x12 Rice Papers using ancient techniques to create unique patterns. Learn about the Gel-Git Technique, Sumi, Combed, as well as learn how to create flowers, hearts & other designs. Once you have created your one-of-a-kind marbled papers, we will then apply one of those papers to the cover a sturdy sketchbook. This class is perfect for both beginners and experienced artists who want to try something new. All materials are provided, including the rice paper, the vibrant paints, tools & Sketchbook. Take home your sketchbook and 3 other marbled rice paper creations the same day so that you can use them in your other beautiful creations!
